If they want to lose weight or at least maintain their body shape for the sake of preventing expansion, they should look for low carb foods. The Ones Who Are Somewhere In Between:
There are the ones who gain weight and then there are the ones who never or gain weight with difficulty. There is a third kind, which lies somewhere in between.
