Food addiction is quite same as getting addicted to any of drug because food has all that potential to make a person lose all senses. It hits the same areas in our brain typically the same neurotransmitter. All the foods which are high in carbs and sugars and instantly elevate blood sugar level are unhealthy and addictive. Typically processed foods trigger the response of addiction As much as Pakistanis are prone to getting addicted to certain kind of food same is the increasing rate of food that is hated in our society. The main reason is that Pakistanis move more towards the food that is processed or has oil dripping from it, masala drenched in various ways or the desi items that are famous all over the world. People in our society admire the food that is delicious but not the food that is healthy and will cut down a lot of trips to hospital. Children can easily move back from the dairy and other food items that are beneficial by saying “oh I don’t like eggs” while adults are so creative that they create some kind of pseudo allergy against that food. Some people are also good at backing up their hatred by giving environmental or political argument as politics can swoop in any matter in Pakistan. But above all doing all this is actually depriving your body of some important nutrients which is highly concerning as to it will affect you in the longer run. At the time it might feel like it’s all about the party but the sheer reality is that we all are going to fall in to the old age trap, so it’s better we prepare our body for that and eat healthy.
There is a list of food items that are not liked very much and are put up in the list of least addictive foods;

Brussels sprouts
It is so easy to develop hatred for innocent mini cabbages because of their not so appealing appearance along with vague texture and questionable aroma with bitterness in taste. It is the food whose consumption is so low in Pakistan.

Fishy smell that is considered gross among some people and the texture along with the issues with bone that are called ‘kantay’ is a major reason why fish is listed here. Well in doing so we deprive our body of the most perfect protein source that helps you lose weight.

Turnips
There is no attempt to degrade any of nature’s creation but turnips do not look a least bit appetizing. A strange bulbous purple root which most people would never pick in the grocery store unless they are diet conscious.

Beets
Many men can easily pass through beets on the salad bar without even thinking to try them because thinking of what you can make out them is some strenuous work and people would never like to put them under such stress. They can be transformed into gravy type material which nobody likes to eat and they remain in fridge for days.

Spinach
Popeye sure did make spinach look spectacular when he used it to beat up Bluto and inspire Olive, but the real story is on the contrary. The reason is that it tastes like soggy metal and it’s hard to decide whether we should put it in some salad or not. We certainly cannot do this leafy vegetable any justice

Eggplant is dark and mysterious but worries that it does not have any super powers like batman. It’s bold and rich on various levels. Children and even adults can get past through the spongy texture the reason this bold veggie is not treated well.

As good for eyes and body health it may seem, it is thought to be one of the least addictive foods via various surveys.

Due to high water and fiber content, it is a very fulfilling veggie and that is why it is least addictive.

Anything which is less processed or is low in carbs is addictive and thus brown rice is not any of these so it is in this list.

Well highly notorious they may be, no matter how much nutritional value they have they still does not trigger the addiction part of the brain.

Iron rich, this fruit is among the least addictive.

Beans are low in carbs and instant sugars, hence they are least addictive.

Though very often used in salads and other savory and appetizers, it is among the least addictive foods.

Bananas:
Of high nutritional value, this fruit forms part of this list.

Citrusy, juicy and very healthy they are considered to be least addictive.
