A lot of people actually fall prey to this one and would load heaps of low-fat cheese onto their shopping carts with the belief that reduced fat is certainly low fat whereas the truth is quite different and it is not more than a twenty percent reduction of that you are investing in. So this is usually a trap that you need to watch out for before falling into it.
Myth #4: Cheese Isn’t Good for the Heart
Once again, cheese is a completely healthy dairy compound and it’s never bad if it’s not taken in excessive amount. Rather, cheese carries a lot of wonderful nutrients that are pretty beneficial for your bones such as magnesium and of course, calcium.
Myth #5: Cheese Can Be Frozen
Not every ingredient you have is freezable! Many people have this habit of freezing whatever they find, ignoring the fact whether it is or it doesn’t carry those properties. If your mother does this, please make her stop or make her read this. Aunty jee, the fats present in the cheese are the main component that gives it a texture and flavor, when you are giving it a minus temperature you are distorting those.
