It has been a trend of the youth these days, they have become increasingly conscious of their bodies. They would join gym, workout day in and day out. They would have a proper diet plan as well. Some focus on gaining muscle mass while others want to keep themselves smart and sleek. Depending upon what their body requires, they exercise.
However, with intense working out routines, certain skin problems are very common.
Dealing With Post-Workout Acne Problems
Acne:
The youth forgets that they live in such a country where summers are very hot. Wearing pore blocking stretchies can cause acne on unreachable parts of your body, such as back, at the nape of the head etc.
Fungal infections:
You know how dirty men can be (feminism calling!) They would not change their socks for days. They would keep changing sides and then eventually would be spraying perfume on the socks. Why not change ‘em? Not changing your socks and keeping your exercise shoes moist can bring a lot of trouble to you. You wouldn’t know it until you have it.
Fungal infections of the feet are very common and can become nasty, as fungus doesn’t easily leave your life. It would stick to your feet, making them patchy and irritable. So kindly, use a fresh pair of socks every day and air your shoes!
Lesions and Herpes Simplex:

A type of herpes simplex virus.
When hot days come, it becomes very difficult to go outside and exercise (at least for me). On such summer days and nights, the only thing a lot less difficult is- Swimming! Who wouldn’t want to jump in cold water and alleviate heat? Everyone likes to swim when nothing works in summers.
But if you are swimming in a public swimming you must be careful. Lesions and herpes simplex can be transmitted to you if any one of your pool mates has it. What you could do is be vigilant. If you spot any unusual thing on anyone in the pool, report it!
Eczema:
It’s not necessary that everyone who has an intense and exhausting workout routine could suffer from Eczema. Eczema is caused by the interaction of genetic and environmental factors. It can be caused by an allergy or irritation to a specific substance or a chemical. It can get worse with sweating and constant exposure to the irritable substance.
It often appears under the knees, on the ankles, under the toes, on the neck and sometimes on the face as well.
