Quite recently I came across a few writings on random walls outside that said “Kamzor Jism? Aiyye! Bhari Tan Paiyye!” and it got me thinking: what on earth are they talking about? Who would want a bulky body? Then it hit me that not everyone can put on weight. Some people drink water and bloat and some eat like they’ve won a ‘free food forever’ coupon from every restaurant and food company in the country. Yet, these guys manage not to gain anything, at all. We all have a different design and a design that’s been built best suited to us.
How To Stay Fit When You’re Broke
What Most Brown People Don’t Understand
Our parhi likhi awaam or at least people who’ve been through a biology course in F.sc or O levels, or have spent quality time with Google know this for a fact that everything about the human body is influenced by this thing called “genetics” and we cannot mess with these “genes” (Unless you’re Angelina Jolie and had identified a breast cancer gene, then had it removed to prevent ever getting cancer) Everything from our face, skin, height, weight and even intellect is determined by our genes. We can alter the way we look through great effort or through surgery, but we cannot alter our fundamental body structure (Unless you choose to have your bones broken and re-attached).
What Our Naujawaan Nasal Needs To Understand
Looking like a bill board from the back regardless of a tiny waist is nobody’s fault really; it’s just how you’re made. Having your thighs touching each other even with a waist size going size-zero is not your doing and you cannot control that. The rate at which you gain or lose weight as well as where you gain or lose it, cannot be controlled. Many young women might want some weight on the chest yet it goes in the butt and thighs and the mard hazraat would prefer some muscle mass and abs yet somehow manage to look like a blob with a bloated tummy. That’s how our desi bodies are designed, we all are different and we cannot control some stuff about ourselves. Hell, we cannot control having dimples on our face or those two on the lower back! We can only put our own time and effort into making ourselves healthy because when the body is healthy the body is fit.
What You Can Do For A Healthy Body
All we can do is give our body all the nutrients it needs and give it time. It may sound cliché but our body needs love and it needs to be taken care of. It’s like a child that needs affection, time and effort if we want it to grow into a strong, smart and good-looking entity. If we abandon it then the obvious result is that it will hate us and will not do anything we ask of it. It will only bring us pain and shame (disobedient kids tend to be very rebellious you know). All metaphors aside, our bodies require our dedication and effort if they are to be changed and with a healthy lifestyle with good food, occasional cheat days of course, some everyday work outs (not even very vigorous) and quality time to ourselves can help us achieve that.
Just like what we at Nutright offer to you, there are specific diet programs that can help lose weight more effectively, and similarly, gain weight for those who are naturally skinny. If we are to change something about ourselves we need to give it time and effort.
