When trying to reduce those kilos or pounds, we brown people think way too much. We think more and we act less. We spend our time finding diets and planning diets and don’t ever do them or when we do, we go to extremes such as crash diets, leaving the “workout” part out because it seems less important and pretty hard.

Choose A Workout That Looks Like Fun Rather Than Work
We have a variety of exercises to choose from; we have gyms, outdoor exercises like running, hiking etc., indoor treadmills etc., Pilates, Zumba, yoga and much more. Not everyone is interested in all kinds of exercise, so choose the one that suits your needs and your taste. Join a gym if you’re up for it, do some outdoor workout if that’s what you like, if you love dancing then Zumba is for you and if you like it intense with music then go for Pilates and if you like it simple then do yoga and there’s no excuse, everything is available on YouTube.
Get Yourself “Goal Clothes”
When you feel that you don’t want to work out because it’s boring or maybe it’s not worth it then rampage through your clothes that you love but cannot wear or go out and buy that shirt or whatever that you love which you know you won’t fit in, make those clothes your “Goal clothes” and make it your mission to get back into shape and get into them no matter how long it takes and when you see your body transform its way into them then it’s a feeling like no other.
Keep A Picture Of Yourself
We all google weight loss before and after pictures to see whether the effort is worth or not and what people look like after losing weight but when you are looking at someone else that may not be strong enough incentive for you so instead of that why not take a picture of yourself revealing your body and look at it when you feel like not working out, that might just help you change your mind. And keep it somewhere away from your nosy, fellow Pakistani dost that reach everywhere, from your room to your phone gallery.
Get A Workout Partner
Workouts are tough and finding the energy to do them is even tougher. Although, working out alone gives you some personal space and same room for skipping out but with time you might lose interest in it, but having a workout partner can lighten the whole “I have to lose weight” stress while making the workout fun and also competitive; for both of you would want to either stay on the same level or be a step ahead of the other. And you might just feel some sharam that your partner is doing so well while you’re not.
Don’t Think Too Much About Losing Weight
Question: why do we work out? Answer: To lose weight; and that, ladies and gentlemen, is where it goes wrong. The whole “weight loss” idea has a discomfort and strange anxiety attached to it and when we feel uncomfortable with it, we don’t do it. So instead of focusing on losing weight, focus on transforming your body. Think of changing yourself and looking fresh and different and of course attractive in all those clothes that you love and just get back on track.
